Author of 10 books on international human rights, for three consecutive years they were awarded prizes and honors for his work at the Center for Humanities at the University of California “Re-envisioning the Human: Human Rights and Humanitarianism”.

In 2013 – 2014 she was a member of the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington, DC. She participated as guest professor at the University of Deusto, Bilbao, Spain, offering a course for indigenous leaders from Latin America (June 2012).

She has been speaker and teacher in Argentina, Australia, Ecuador, France, Spain, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, South Africa and Japan. She currently teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Human Rights, International Relations, Civil Society and Latin American Politics at the University of California.

Autora de 10 libros sobre los derechos humanos internacionales, por tres años consecutivos le fueron otorgados premios y honores por su trabajo en el Centro de Humanidades de la Universidad de California, “La nueva concepción de lo humano: Derechos Humanos y el humanitarismo”.

Fue miembro del centro Woodrow Wilson en Washington, DC en el año 2013 – 2014. Participó como profesora invitada en la Universidad de Deusto, Bilbao, España, brindando un curso para líderes indígenas de América Latina, (Junio 2012).

Ha participado como conferencista y profesora en Argentina, Australia, Ecuador, Francia, España, Alemania, Suecia, los Países Bajos, África del Sur y Japón. Actualmente imparte cursos de licenciatura y posgrado en materia de Derechos Humanos, las Relaciones Internacionales, la Sociedad Civil y Política en América Latina en la Universidad de California.
