Dr. Alberto Binder is a Lawyer and a Dr. of Law at the University of Buenos Aires and Professor of Criminal Procedural Law Graduate. He is a member of Argentina´s Association of Procedural Law and Latin American Institute of Procedural Law.
He is technical adviser of the judicial reform processes in countries like Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Honduras, El Salvador, Paraguay, Guatemala, Republica Dominicana and other Latin American countries.
He is director of the magazine Judicial Systems of the Judicial Studies Center of the Americas. Advisor of bodies for international cooperation in issues of judicial reforms and author of several books and numerous articles in national and international journals
