Felicidad Cristóbal is president of the Foundation for the Development of Consciousness (Spain) and a consultant for a conscious philanthropy, because she believes a transformation is essential in this area. In addition, she is an advisor to entities in the United States, the United Kingdom and India. Currently she is dedicated, mainly, to collaborate in the increase of the level of consciousness of the people.
Previously, she was involved in the Arcelor merger (2001) and became General Manager (SVP) for International Affairs until the ArcelorMittal merger (2006), in which she was also involved. Between 2006 and 2014, she created and directed the ArcelorMittal Foundation, a foundation with presence in 30 countries, investments that reached several hundred million euros and more
than 7,000 projects implemented. In both cases, she was one of three top women in the world’s number one steel company, with 320,000 employees at the time.
Previously, she created and directed the Department of International Relations of the Economic and Social Council of the State (1996-2001) and was an advisor on international issues for former Prime Minister Felipe González (1993-
1996). She composes in her spare time and is passionate about Iyengar yoga and scuba diving.
