Liliana was President of the Patronage of the International Festival de Santa Lucia, from 2008 to 2018. She has also been President of the Patronage of the Superior School of Music and Dance of Monterrey (ESMDM), of the Promotion of Culture and National Heritage, of the Inter-American Culture and Development Foundation, of the Inter-American Development Bank, of the Mexico Monterrey 2010 Foundation, as well as of the Ballet de Monterrey, Música y Canto, of the Museo del Vidrio, and Effeta.
She is also Honorary President of the Vicente Fox Quesada Institute for Democracy Library, along with Federico Sada González.
She has also been council advisor to several institutions, among which are Friends of the Louvre (Paris), Mexican Cultural Institute of New York (NY), Inter-American Culture and Development Foundation, Inter-American Development Bank (Washington), Tate Gallery (London), National Museum of History (CDMX), Council for Culture and Arts of Nuevo León (Monterrey), Vamos México Foundation (CDMX), Northeast ProNatura (Monterrey), Museum of Contemporary Art (Monterrey), Sociedad Internacional de Valores de Arte Mexicano (CDMX), Executive Council of the Chipinque Ecological Park. (Monterrey, NL), Desert Museum (Saltillo) and Wildlife Organization (Monterrey).
