Martha is a social leader and passionate about social development and transformation that has been part of the CEMEX family for 25 years.

Today she is the Global Director of Social Impact at CEMEX. She heads local, national and international organizations such as the CEMEX-Tec de Monterrey Center for the development of sustainable communities, the Global Compact Mexico, ARISE Global and ARISE MX, the NEO Mexico Alliance, and the Human Development Committee of the Nuevo León Council for Strategic Planning.

She actively participates in more than 35 councils of organizations and universities, and has received more than 30 recognitions for her work for the benefit of society.

Her achievements involve the establishment of more than 500 alliances on issues of social impact at a global level and programs that have positively impacted more than 23.2 million people globally, creating shared value and improving the well-being and quality of life of society.

Líder social y apasionada por el desarrollo y transformación social, desde hace 25 años Martha es parte de la familia CEMEX.

Hoy es Directora Global de Impacto Social en CEMEX.  Encabeza organizaciones locales, nacionales e internacionales como Centro CEMEX-Tec de Monterrey para el desarrollo de comunidades sostenibles, Pacto Mundial México, ARISE Global y ARISE MX, Alianza NEO México,  y el Comité de Desarrollo Humano del Consejo Nuevo León para la Planeación Estratégica.

Participa activamente en más de 35 consejos de organizaciones y universidades, y ha recibido más de 30 reconocimientos por su labor en beneficio de la sociedad.

Sus logros involucran el establecimiento de más de 500 alianzas en temas de impacto social a nivel global y programas que han impactado positivamente a más de 23.2 millones de personas a nivel global creando valor compartido y mejorando el bienestar y la calidad de vida la sociedad.
