Pavel Luksha (Russia)

Pavel Luksha is a professor at the Moscow School of Management (EAM) in Skolkovo. He has managed educational programs for leaders in innovation, education for the future and research and development; particularly in electrical and nuclear energy, oil and gas industries, etc. Pavel is the founder of the Club of Research and Development for Directors established in 2010 under the auspices of the Moscow School of Management, University of the state Higher School of Economics, Russian Venture Company, and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Federation Russian.

He is a member of the Expert Council of the Strategic Initiatives Agency (IEA) established by the President of the Russian Federation. He has been working since 2008 in the development of the education system in collaboration with the IEA, Open Government and others. He organized one of the largest projects dedicated to education thinking about the future Foresight Fleet, in 2012.

Since 2010, he has managed projects aimed toward future education including higher education and the global report on the future of education, published in 2014. He is the project manager and one of the co-authors of the Atlas of new professions, published jointly by the EAM and the IEA. Since 2013, within the framework of cooperation between Russia and the International Labor Organization, Pavel has managed the development of an international forecasting method technological skills for implementation in developing countries, with pilings in Armenia in Vietnam. In addition, Luksha is a co-author of the forecast methodology Quick, successfully implemented in national assessment strategies, as well as dozens of developed project maps for business development, territories, industries and economic sectors.

Luksha has a Master in Economics from the University of the state Higher School of Economics and a PhD in Economics from the Central Institute of Economics and Mathematics of Russia. Pavel leads projects in strategic management and organizational development within the Research Group organizational evolution at the University of Hertfordshire. His writings have been published in scientific journals on strategic entrepreneurship, evolutionary economics, social cybernetics, etc.
