Former Executive VP at CLU and Associate Dean at ASU, Dr. Burgis spent more than 25 years in higher education, focusing her research, scholarship, teaching and administrator roles understanding and building learning communities that can offer profound learning experiences that transform people in positive ways.
She is currently CEO at The Human Values Center, where a diverse group of educators, learning designers, practitioners, human resource professionals and subject matter experts in human values, cultural diversity, leadership, bias psychology, conflict mitigation, and positive change management bring research, evaluation, and expertise to organizational training and human capital development.
