After establishing the Global Tolerance public relations agency in 2003, at the age of 24, Simon made the company the world’s leading agency in social change. He represented leaders, including HH Dalai Lama, His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales and the grandson of Gandhi.
Upon learning that his wife was pregnant, Simon wanted to spend a sabbatical year and subsequently decided to give away the company of 1 million pounds for the wealth of family life, a fact that caught the attention of the mainstream media.
Currently, between diaper changes and role-playing games as a dinosaur fairy princess, Simon works with a Tibetan Buddhist teacher and travels the world with his family, giving talks about love and leadership.
He is president of an international event and offers lectures and keynote lectures on leadership, values and business for Cannes Lions, Harvard Business Review, Sustainability Leaders Forum, among others.
He runs communication and leadership workshops for the We Are Family Foundation, Teach First, Amani Institute, and other groups who add to our world.
He is also a contributor to Harvard Business Review, Entrepreneur, Huffington Post and other global media.
